In the final editorial of the year, the Editors-in-Chief of CSP take stock of 2025 and present the main changes that will guide the journal in the coming year.
“Throughout its 40 years of existence, CSP has proven to be a journal attentive to its time, with an editorial board capable of recognizing necessary changes, rethinking its practices, opening new fronts and, when necessary, redefining its paths,” the Editors emphasize.
Therefore, starting in 2026, the journal will adopt continuous publication in a single annual volume, aligned with international trends and capable of reducing the time between manuscript approval and publication.
Editorial transparency tools will also be expanded, with the disclosure of the names of Associate Editors and, soon, of reviewers who opt for this measure.
“All these changes confirm CSP’s mission to promote the circulation of ideas and research results in an increasingly broad, ethical and innovative way,” they conclude: https://cadernos.ensp.fiocruz.br/ojs/index.php/csp/article/view/11729.
