Cadernos de Saúde Pública (Public Health Notebooks) launches a new infographic with results from the article “Lost Opportunities: Contacts of Adolescent Homicide Victims with State Institutions”.
The material highlights that many adolescent homicide victims had already had prior contact with different state institutions, revealing failures and gaps in social protection and public policies for the prevention of lethal violence.
The findings reinforce the urgency of intersectoral actions capable of identifying risks, strengthening care networks, and preventing avoidable outcomes in the lives of these young people.
